摘要
摘要目的分析内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后的并发症处理措施.方法从我院２０１１年２月－２０１４年６月患者中挑选１００例行内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者作为调查对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果１００例内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术后出现诸多临床并发症,以尿崩症、脑脊液鼻漏、垂体功能下降、电解质紊乱等最为常见,经由对症处理后均消退.结论临床内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除手术操作风险相对较大,需确保每位操作人员均具备专业知识和丰富的临床经验,便于及时发现并处理术后并发症,提高手术成功率.关键词内镜;垂体肿瘤;微创;并发症AbstractobjectivetoanalysistheEndoscopicnasaladjustmentofpituitaryadenomaresectionofcomplicationsaftertreatment．MethodsourhospitalinFebruary２０１１－June２０１４patients１００patientstheEndoscopicnasaladjustmentofpituitaryadenomaresectionpatientswereselectedastheresearchobject,theclinicaldatawereretrospectivelyanalyzed．Results１００casesofendoscopicnasalmanyclinicalcomplications,butterflyafterresectionofpituitaryadenomawithcerebrospinalDiabetesinsipidus、fluidleak,pituitaryfunctiondecline,electrolytedisorders,suchasthemostcommon,throughbothfadeaftersymptomatictreatＧment．ConclusiontheEndoscopicnasaladjustmentofpituitaryadenomaresectionoperationriskisrelativelylarge,theneedtoensurethateachoperatorhasproＧfessionKaelykwnoorwdlsedgeandrichclinicalexperience,facilitatetimelydetectionandtreatmentofpostoperativecomplicationsandimprovethesuccessrateofsurgery．Endoscopy;Pituitarytumor;Minimallyinvasive;Complications中图分类号R６５１文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６６２－０１
