Low temperature bonding of LD31 aluminum alloys by electric brush plating Ni and Cu coatings-中国期刊网

摘要 SolderingofLD31aluminumalloysusingSn-PbsolderpasteafterelectricbrushplatingNiandCucoatingswasnvestigated.ThetechnologyofelectricbrushplatingNiandCuwasstudiedandplatingsolutionwasdeveloped.Themicrostructureofthecoatings,solderedjointandfracturefacewereanalyzedusingopticmicroscopy,SEMandEDX.Theshearstrengthofsolderedjointcouldreachashighas26.83MPa.Theresultsshowedthatreliablesolderedjointcouldbeobtainedat230℃,theadhesionofcoatingsandLD31aluminumalloysubstratewashighenoughtobearthethermalprocessinthesoldering.
