摘要
摘要目的研究奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗急性出血性胃炎的临床效果.方法选取２０１２年３月~２０１４年３月期间于河北省唐山市丰润区燕山医院收治的７８例患者,将病人随意分为观察组和对照组(n＝３９),两组都同意使用硫糖铝医病,观察组在此层面上使用奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝进行医治,分析两组病人的治疗结果.最终观察组患者的总有效率为９４．８７％,对照组患者总有效率为７４．８６％,两组的数据差据有统计学意义(P０．０５);观察组病人复发率为６％,对照组复发率为１０％,差异有统计学意义(P０．０５).结论奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗急性出血性胃炎临床效果好,病人的反应极佳,值得临床使用和推广.关键词奥美拉唑;硫糖铝;急性出血性胃炎AbstractObjectivetostudytheclinicaleffectofomeprazolecombinedwithsucralfateinthetreatmentofacutehemorrhagicgastritis．MethodsMarch２０１２to２０１４duringthemonthofMarchin７８patientswhoweretreatedinCentralHospitalofTangshaninHebeiProvince,thepatientswererandomlydividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup(n＝３９),twogroupsagreesucralfatehealing,observationgrouponthelevelofuseofomeprazolecombinedwithsucralＧfatealuminumtoheal,toanalyzetheresultsoftreatmentoftwogroupsofpatients．Thefinalobservedgroup,thetotaleffectiveratewas９４．８７％．Thepatientsinthecontrolgroupthetotalefficiencyis７４．８６％,twogroupsofdatadifferencehasstatisticalsignificance(P０．０５);observationgrouppatientsrelapserateis６％,thecontrolgroup,therecurrenceratewas１０％,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P０．０５)．ConclusionomeprazolecombinedwithsucralfateinthetreatＧmentoKfeaycwutoerdhsemorrhagicgastritisclinicaleffectisgood,patientresponsetoexcellent,worthyofclinicaluseandpromotion．OmeprazolesucralfateAcutehemorrhagicgastritis中图分类号R５７３．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０４３６－０２１
