FromNovember21to25,2004,nearly400participantsforthe2^ndAsianCivilSocietyForum(ACSF),representingover100NGOsfrommorethan30countriesandregionsofAsiagatheredinBangkok,Thailand.AsamemberofChineseAssociationforInternationalUnderstanding,Ihadthechancetoparticipateintheforum,anditwasamostrewardingvisit.
