摘要 Byusingthephysicalcharacteristicofthetitaniumwhenitissubliming,fourteentitaniumballsarefixedinthevacuumchambertoimprovethebackgroundofthewallofthevacuumchamberofHL-2A.Whenthefilamentsoftheballshave40-50Acurrent,temperaturesoftheballsisupto1200centigradeandtheballsbegintosublime.Thereforeinordertogetbetterparametersofplasma,wefabricatefourteenpowersuppliestoheattheballs.
