摘要
摘要目的探讨美蓝染色法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术中的临床应用价值.方法选取我院２０１１年８月~２０１３年１２月收治的５０例乳腺癌患者,采用美蓝染色法进行乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术,之后所有患者行腋窝淋巴结清扫术.对前哨淋巴结进行术中快速病理冰冻切片检查,在术后对前哨淋巴结和非前哨淋巴结均进行HE染色病理检查.结果前哨淋巴结检出成功率为９８％(４９/５０),对腋窝淋巴结预测的准确率为９５．９％(４７/４９);假阴性率１０％(２/２０);假阳性率为０.结论本文验证了蓝染法前哨淋巴结活检的可行性,良好的可视性、实用价值;不产生过敏及皮肤坏死等毒副作用,且无放射性污染.关键词美蓝染色法;乳腺癌;前哨淋巴结活检术;临床应用Theapplicationresearchofmethylene－bluestaininbreastcancersentinellymphnodebiopsyAbstractObjectiveTodiscussandanalysetheclinicalapplicationofmethylene－bluestaininginbreastcancersentinellymphnodebiopsy(SLNB)．Methods５０breastcancercaseswerechosenbetweenAugust２０１１andDecember２０１３inourhospital,andmethylenebluestainingwasusedinSLNBofbreastcancer．Sentinellymphnodeswasperformedintraoperativefrozensectionexamination．Thenallpatientswereperformedaxillarylymphnodesdissection,andHEstainingwasperformedfortheSLNandnonsentinellymphnode(nSLN)aftersurgery．ResultsThedetectionrateofSLNis９８％(４９/５０)．Thepredictionaccuracyofaxillarylymphnodeis９５．９％(４７/４９)．Thefalsenegativerateis１０％(２/２０),andthefalsepositiverateis０.ConclusionOurresearchprovemethＧylene－Kebyluweosrtdasininghasfeasibility,visibility,andnosideeffectssuchasallergies,skinnecrosis,andradioactivepollutioninSLNB．Methylene－bluestaining;Breastcancer;Sentinellymphnodebiopsy;clinicalapplication中图分类号R７３７．９文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０２２８－０２
