带锁髓内钉治疗 新鲜四肢长骨干骨折 临床观察AbstractObjectiveTo study the clinical value of treating the long bone fracture of fresh limb with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methodsrandomly selected in our hospital in February 2013 to receive during February 2014 of fresh limbs long bone fractures in patients with 80 cases，thesepatients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In experimental group，40 patients in the treatment process used is lockingintramedullary nail in the treatment of 40 cases of the control group were treated with is external fixation treatment method，and the relevant indexes of twogroups of patients were compared and analyzed. Resultsthe experimental group was better than the control group in terms of the operation time，recoverytime，hospital discharge time and healing of bone. Conclusionthe treatment of long bone fractures with interlocking intramedullary nailing has goodtherapeutic effect and has more advantages，it is worth to be used in clinical practice.K
