摘要
ThecentralstructurebeltinTurpan-HamibasiniscomposedoftheHuoyanshanstructureandQiketaistructureformedinlateTriassic-earlyJurassic,andischaracterizedbyextensionaltectonics.Thethicknessofstratainthehangingwallofthegrowthfaultisobviouslylargerthanthatinthefootwall,andadepositioncenterwasevolvedintheTaibeisagwherethehangingwallofthefaultislocated.InlateJurassicthecollisionbetweenLhasablockandEurasiacontinentresultedinthetransformationoftheTurpan-Hamibasinfromanextensionalstructureintoacompressionalstructure,andconsequentlyinthetectonicinversionofthecentralstructurebeltoftheTurpan-Hamibasinfromtheextensionalnormalfaultintheearlierstagetothecompressivethrustfaultinthelaterstage.TheTertiarycollisionbetweentheIndianplateandtheEurasianplateoccurredaround55Ma,andthisHimalayanorogeniceventhasplayedaprofoundroleinshapingtheTianshanarea,onlytheeffectofthecollisiontothisareawasdelayedsinceitculminatedhereapproximatelyinlateOligocene-earlyMiocene.Thecentralstructurebeltwasstronglydeformedandthrustedabovethegroundasaresultofthistectonicevent.
