摘要 ChengduandChongqingaretwomegalopoliseswiththesynthesizedeconomicstrengthandthestrongesturbancompetitivenessintheentirewesternregion,whichhaveveryimportantpositionsinthedevelopmentofwesternChina.Throughhorizontalcontrastofsocialeconomicdevelopinglevelofthetwocities,thetwocities'economicfoundationofunitarydevelopmentisanalyzedfromcomplementaryandintegrativerelationship.Thenthepoliciesandmeasuresofeconomicunitarydevelopmentoftwocitiesisputforward.
