摘要
IntheautomaticCO2arcwelding,thealterationoftheverticaldistancebetweentheweldingtorchandtheworkpiecehasastrongeffectontheweldingparameterssuchasweldingcurrentandvoltage,withtheresultthattheappearanceandqualityofweldarenotsteady.Toweakentheinfluenceofthedistancealteration,amethodisputforwardinthepaper.Themethodisthatthealternatewire-feedcontrolisusedforcompensatingtheweldingcurrent.Onthebasisoftheoreticalanalysis,astaticnumericalmodelforalternatewire-feedcontrolisestablished.Theexperimentsshowthatthemodel-basedregulationofthewirefeedratecancompensatetheweldingcurrentandensuretheappearanceofweld.Whenthealterationofverticaldistancebetweenthetorchandtheworkpieceisgreater,notonlyisthewirefeedrateregulated,buttheoutputvoltageofthepowersourceisadjustedtoensuretheappearanceandqualityofweld.
