摘要
摘要目的探讨个性化康复护理对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者疾病的恢复、认知和行为产生的影响.方法入选２０１０年３月至２０１３年６月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者５４例,根据护理方式的不同将患者分为观察组２８例和对照组２６例.观察组采用个性化康复护理模式,对照组采用常规护理,比较２组患者疾病康复情况及生活质量等指标情况.结果观察组患者护理效果和对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组;观察组疾病的恢复需要时间更短;出院后所受健康教育影响更深.结论采用个性化康复护理能显著提高糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理效果,增加患者对护理工作的满意度,对改善患者的预后和预防复发有重要的意义.关键词糖尿病酮症酸中毒;个性化护理;康复护理;AbstractObjectiveInvestigatetheeffectsofindividualizedrehabilitationcareforrecovery,cognitiveandbehavioraldisordersinpatientswithdiabeticketoacidosisgenerated．MethodsEnrolledfromMarch２０１０toJune２０１３inourhospitaltreatmentofdiabeticketoacidosisin５４patients,AccordingtothedifferentwaysofcarepaＧtientsweredividedinto２６casesof２８casesofobservationgroupandcontrolgroup．Observationgroupindividualizedrehabilitationcaremodel,controlgroupwithconＧventionalcare,Comparisonoftwogroupsofpatientsrecoveryfromillnessandqualityoflifeindicators．ResultsObservationgroupeffectpatientcareandsatisfactionofnursingworkweresignificantlyhigher;Recoverytakestimeshorterobservationgroupofdiseases;Afterdischargesufferedadeeperimpactofhealtheducation．ConcluＧsionUsingpersonalizedrehabilitationcarecansignificantlyimprovethecareofpatientswithdiabeticketoacidosiseffect,increasedpatientsatisfactionwithnursingwork,toimprovethepatient??sprognosisrecurrencehavesignificant．KeywordsDiabeticketoacidosis;Personalizedcare;Rehabilitationcare;中图分类号R２４８．１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１１７４－０１
