摘要
【摘要】 目的 分析静脉溶栓治疗急性心梗的临床护理措施。方法 2018年 02月至 2019年 02月间我院用尿激酶早期溶栓治疗 45例 AMI患者，溶栓前快速建立静脉通路，密切监测血压、心电图变化，采取各种有效护理措施，预防和减少并发症的发生。结果 45例经过溶拴治疗后，再通 39例（ 86.7%），胸痛缓解率为 77.8% （ 35/45）；有 11例（ 24.4%）并发轻度出血， 41例（ 91.1%）发生再灌注心律失常， 1例因心力衰竭经抢救无效死亡。结论 科学有效的护理措施可以提高溶栓成功率，降低并发症的发生率，降低病死率。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical nursing measures of intravenous thrombolysis for acute myocardial infarction. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019, 45 patients with AMI were treated by early thrombolysis with urokinase in our hospital. Before thrombolysis, venous access was established quickly, blood pressure and electrocardiogram were monitored closely, and effective nursing measures were taken to prevent and reduce complications. Results After thrombolytic therapy, 39 cases (86.7%) were recanalized, the relief rate of chest pain was 77.8% (35/45), 11 cases (24.4%) were complicated with mild bleeding, 41 cases (91.1%) had reperfusion arrhythmia, and 1 case died of heart failure due to ineffective rescue. Conclusion Scientific and effective nursing measures can improve the success rate of thrombolysis, reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the mortality.
