摘要
Polyparaphenylene(PPP)ispreparedbyAlCl3-CuCl2catalystswithbenzeneasthemonomerandisdopedbychemicalmethodandN^+ionimplantation.Theinfluencesoftheconcentration,temperatureandtimeofchemicaldopingandthedose,energyandtemperatureofionimplantation,onPPPconductivityareinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthattheconductivityofPPPcanbeimproved4-5ordersofmagnitudebyionimplantationandtheconductivityofPPPcanreachabout0.11S·cm^-1bychemicaldoping.Thecomparisonofstabilityofthematerialconductivebehaviorbyusingthetwodopingmethodsispresented.Itshowsthationimplantationisbetterthanchemicaldopinginstabilizingtheelectricconductivebehaviorforthematerial.
