Comparison of Intramedullary Nailing versus Plating Fixation in the Treatment of Adult Diaphyseal Both-Bone Forearm-中国期刊网

摘要 Objective:Thepurposeofthismeta-analysisistodeterminewhetherplatingorintramedullarynailing(IMN)foradultdiaphysealboth-boneforearmfractures(BBFF)providesbetterclinicaloutcomes.Methods:MEDLINE,EMBASE,GoogleScholarandTheCochraneLibrarywerecomprehensivelysearcheduntilJuly31,2016.BothretrospectivestudyandprospectivetrailsaboutcomparisonofdualIMNorhybridfixationversusdualplatingfixationinthetreatmentofadultdiaphysealBBFFwereincluded.UsingRevMan5.3software,dataoffunctionalrecovery,theuniontime,operatingtimeandcomplicationwasextractedformeta-analysis.Results:Thepooledanalysisshowedsimilarresultsintheuniontime,functionalrecoveryandtheratesofcomplications,butshowedasignificantdifferenceinoperatingtime.Conclusion:Thismeta-analysisdemonstratessimilarradiographicoutcomes,functionaloutcomesandcomplicationswithplatesorIMNusedinthetreatmentofadultdiaphysealBBFF.IMNfixationforthesefracturesseemstobeanalternativeandeffectivetreatmentwithshorteroperatingtimesandminimallyinvasive.
