摘要
ObjectiveTocomparetheefficacyofintravenousIsoketwithNitroglycerineinpatientswithunstableanginapectoris.Methods70patientswereenrolledandsplitintotreatmentgroup(Isoketgroup)andcontrolgroup(Nitroglycerinegroup)randomlyanddouble-blindedly.Therewere36casesintreatmentgroupwhoweretreatedwithintravenousIsoket20-30mgperdayfor10consecutivedays;whereas34casesincontrolgroupwhoweretreatedwithintravenousNitroglycerine10-20mgperdayfor10days.Results18casesweresignilicandyeffectiveand14patientswereeffectivewithtotaleffectiverate88.9%intreatmentgroupcomparedwith8cases,11casesand55.7%incontrolgrouprespectively.Thetreatmentgroupissignificandybetterthanthecontrolgroup.ConclusionItiseffectiveandsafetotreatthepatientswithunstableanginapectoriswithintravenousIsoket.
