摘要
Differentmaterial-dopedRamanfiberlaserswithveryhighefficiencyoperatingincontinuous-wavearepresented.With1WNd∶YVO4laserpumpingatwavelengthof1342nm,singlemodeoutputpowerofabove500mW(optical-to-opticalconversionefficiencyof50%)issimulatedintherangeof1400-1500nm.Usinghigh-germanium,high-phosphateandhigh-boratesilicatefibersasthegainmedium,laseroutputatwavelengthsof1420,1450,1480and1495nmcanbeachievedwithdifferentgeometries,whicharejustaspumpingC-bandandL-banddistributedRamanfiberamplifiers.
