摘要
Combinedwiththeanalysisofcharacteristicsofthecommunicationindustryandthesustainabledevelopmentrequirementsoftheenterprise,consideringthecurrentandthelong-termdevelopmentandtheexternalstakeholderinterestoftheenterprise,thesustainabledevelopmentindexsystemoftelecomoperatorwasconstructedincludingoperationmanagementability,innovationdevelopmentabilityandstrategyleadingability.Takingatelecomoperatoranditssubsidiaryasanexample,theindexsystemwasdesignedandthedesignelementsandassessmentrequirementswerealsopresentedclearly.Theevaluationandanalysisoftheindexcanhelpenterpriseseffectivelyidentifythekeyshortcomingsofsustainabledevelopment,andbetterimprovethesustainabledevelopmentability.
