摘要 Basedonthebackgroundof'Internet+',afterfullysortingandstudyingontherelevantliteratureoffocusstrategy,thepapersummarizesthebasicmodesandinfluencefactors.Choosingtheimplementationoffocusstrategyisthebestwaytogainthecompetitiveadvantageinthenarrowmarket,butnotalltheenterprisesaresuitabletochoosefocusstrategy.Thispapermainlyusesthecasestudymethod,KunmingCh999isselectedasacasestudysample,throughtheresourcesandcapabilityanalysisofCh999,aswellasthecomparisonswithtwoe-commerceplatformsofTaobaoandJingdong,extractingfocusstrategymodesofCh999,theinfluencefactorsandrisksoffocusstrategyofCh999arealsostudied.Finally,inordertoensurethesmoothimplementationoffocusstrategy,puttingforwardsomeriskpreventionmeasures.
