摘要 Thispaperstudiesmechanicalpropertyandfractographyoftheweldedjointsobtainedindifferentweldingparameterssuchasweldingheatandweldingpresswith/withoutgasshieldinTiNishapememoryalloyprecisepulseresistancebuttweldingusingtensilestrengthtest,XRD,SEMandTEMmeasures.Theoptimumweldingparametersobtaininghightensilestrengthweldedjointaregot.Ontheconditionofweldingpressmagnetingcurrent2Aandweldingheat75%,thejointstrengthisthehighest.ThisisimportantfortostudyotherpropertiesofTiNishapememoryalloyfurther.Theexperimentalresultsstatethatargongasshieldhavedifferenteffectsondifferentweldingparameters,lessonweldingpress,butgreatonweldingheat.Butexcessiveweldingpressandweldingheathavegreateffectsonjointtensilestrength.Toohighweldingheatcanproducethenewintermetalliccompound,thisintermetalliccompoundleadtodislocationdensitytoincreaseandformthepotentialcrackinitiation,whichcaneasilymakethejointfractureunderstresseffectanddecreasetheshapememoryratioofjointforhighdensitydislocationgroupsexistinginthetwinnedmartensite.
