摘要 Duringtherevolutionarytimes,theChinesepeoplehadfoughtfornationalindependence,whereasnowtheyaredevotedtofreeandcomprehensivedevelopment.ThetransitionfromtheformertothelatterisafundamentalcharacteristicofhumanrightsdevelopmentincontemporaryChina.Standingatthisjunctureinhistory,humandevelopmentinChinaandthedreamofnationalrejuvenationinaglobalizedworldcanactuallybeinterpretedasa"humanrightsdream"sharedbyeachandeveryindividualinChina.
