摘要
Thisstudyaimsattheeffectsofanintakeoflowmolecularweightcornpeptides(LMCPs)preparedfromzeinonalcoholmetablisminrats.LMCPs(1.0g/kgbodyweight)in15%ethanol(10mL/kgbodyweight)weregiventoWisterratsbyintragastricgavage.Theassayofbloodethanolwasconductedbyusingtheenzyme-basedassaykit.Theaminoacidanalysiswasmadewithanaminoacidanalyzer.ThedataoftheanimalexperimentsshowedthatLMCPscouldacceleratethemetabolismofalcoholinrats.Inthecontrolgroup,thebloodethanolconcentrationreachedthemaximumlevelof(827.0±77.3)mg/Lafterethanolloadingfor30min,thengraduallydecreased.Incontrast,thebloodethanolconcentrationonlyreached(527.25±47.0)mg/Lafter30mininthegroupofLMCPstaken.TheseresultsindicatethatLMCPscoulddecreaseethanolconcentrationinbloodrapidly.
