摘要
Bycombiningconventionalgreycorrelationanalysis,greyclusteringmethodandgreyforecastingmethodswithourmulti-goalforecastthoughtsandthetechniquesofgreytimeseriesprocessing,wedevelopsixdifferentgreyearthquakeforecastmodelsinthispaper,UsingtherecordofmajorearthquakesinJapanfrom1872to1995,weforecastfutureearthquakesinJapan.Wedevelopanearthquakeforecastmodel.ByusingthemajorearthquakesinJapanfrom1872to1984,weforecastearthquakesfrom1985to1995andchecktheprecisionofthegreyearthquakemodels.Wefindthatthegreysystemtheorycanbeappliedtoearthquakeforecast.Weintroducetheaboveanalysismethodsandgivearealexampletoevaluateandforecast.Wealsofurtherdiscusstheproblemsofhowtoimprovetheprecisionofearthquakeforecastandhowtostrengthentheforecastmodelsinfutureresearch.
