摘要
Rapidexpansionofbig-boxstoreindevelopingcountrycausedtypicalarchetypalchangeinmarketstructure:SuccesstotheSuccessful,becausebig-boxstoresarmedwithmodernizedinfrastructureandmanagementcapabilityareabsorbingtheoncecustomersofthetraditionalmarketlikeablackhole.Facingrapidchangeinmarketstructureandsurmountingpleasfromtraditionalmarketmerchants,governmenttookaninevitableinterventionwithlawregulatingthebig-boxstore’sbusinessandimprovingtraditionalmarket’scompetencebuilding.Notsolong,however,didgovernmentconfrontpolicyresistancefrombothsides:Stillongoingpolarizationofbothside’ssales.Thisstudyarticulatesbehaviorovertimeofmarketstructurewithcausalloopdiagramsofwhichcausalitiesareextractedfromliteratures.Thisstudyprovidessignificantcontributiontopolicymakersandtraditionalmarkets’merchantsinotherdevelopingcountrieslikeIndiaandChina,aswellasKorea.
