摘要 Acoldfloatingprobemethodwascomparedwiththeemissivefloatingprobemethodintermsofalow-pressureradio-frequencyinductivedischarge.Thedependencesofdifferencebetweentheplasmapotentialandthefloatingpotentialontheelectrontemperature1-8eV,plasmadensity109-1012cm3andmagneticfield100-650Gwereobtained.Itwasdemonstratedthatthedifferencebetweenthepotentialsthatobtainedbythesetwomethodscandiffersignificantlyfromtheexpectedvalueof5.2kTe/eforargon.
