Conductive hearing loss in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy(CIDP):A case report

摘要 Chronicinflammatorydemyelinatingpolyneuropathy(CIDP)isaprogressiveautoimmunedisorderthattargetsperipheralnerves.Itcommonlypresentswithmotor-predominantdysfunctionandenlargementofcranialnerves.Withregardstohearingloss,afewcasesofsensorineurallosshavebeendescribed.WepresentanovelcaseofconductivehearinglosscausedbyamassonthetympanicsegmentofthefacialnerveinthesettingofCIDP.
