摘要 IntroductionMyocardialischemiaandanginapectoriscanbecausedbyvariousmechanismssuchascoronaryatherosclerosis,vasospasmorcoronarymicrovasculardysfunction[1].Weherereportacaseofa56-year-oldfemalepatientwithahistoryofpreviouspercutaneouscoronaryinterventions(PCI)whoreportedrepetitiveattacksofrestingangina.Coronaryriskfactorsincludedhypertension,hypercholesterolemia(LDL=97mg/dLonatorvastatin),ex-smoker(ceased2013),andapositivefamilyhistory(fatalmyocardialinfarctioninfatheraged52yearsandbrother59years).
