摘要 1.ThemutationbreedingofplantsIn2016,themutationmechanismofvariousplantmutantsincludingArabidopsisthaliana,Geranium,Trades-cantiauminensis,TaraxacumkoksaghyzRodinandalgaeobtainedbyheavyionbeammutationbreedingtechniqueswereinvestigated.Thegenome-wideprofilingofanArabidopsismutantnamedcivar(CarbonionbeamsInducedVariegated)wasrevealedbyusingre-sequencingandtheroughmap-basedcloningtechniques.AphenotypescreeningofArabidopsisthalianairradiatedbycarbonionbeamsbasedonhigh-throughputimagingtechniquecombiningtheprincipalcomponentanalysisandscattermatrixclusteringanalysiswasbuiltandoptimizedwhichcanscreenthevariationofplantmutantpopulations.Thepigmentcomponentsandquantitiesandexpressionprofilesofkeygenesinvolvedinanthocyaninbiosynthesisofflower-colormutantofGeraniumandleaf-colormutantofTrades-cantiauminensiswereinvestigated.MutationbreedingofTaraxacumkoksaghyzRodininducedbycarbonionbeamirradiationswhichisnotableforitsproductionofhighqualityrubberandinulinwasstarted.Inaddition,thephotosyntheticresponseofthemutantsofScenedesmusquadricaudawithalteredpigmentfeatureswereanalyzed.
