摘要 Carbonnanotubeswithjunctionsmayplayanimportantroleinfuturenanoelectronicsandfuturenanodevices.Inparticular,junctionsconstructedwithmetalandsemiconductingnanotubeshavepotentialapplications.Basedontheorthogonaltight-bindingmoleculardynamicsmethod,wepresentourstudyofthestructurestabilityofI-typecarbonnanotubejunctions.
