Effect of Organic Manure on Phosphorus Adsorption-Desorption and Availability in Paddy Soil Derived from Red Earth

摘要 Afieldtestwiththetraditionalrotationofpaddyrice/uplandcrop(wheat)wascarriedoutonapaddysoilderivedfromredearthtoelucidatetheeffectoforganicmanureonthephoshporusadsorption-desorptionbysoilanditsPavailability.Soilsamplesweretakenfromdifferenttreatmentsatricehavestingstageandanalysed.TheisothermaladsorptionofPbythesamplesfittedverywellwithLangmuirequation,andhence,theparametersintheequation,i.e.,maximumadsorption(qm),constantrelatedtobondingenergy(k)andtheirproduct(k×qm)couldbeusedasacomprehensiveindextocharacterizethepotentialPadsorptivityofthesoil.Organo-inorganicfertilizationandorganicmanuringcoulddecreaseqmandk,whilemineralPapplicationhadlittleeffectonthem.TheisothermaldesorptionofPwassignificantlycorrelatedwithinitiallyaddedandisothermallyadsorbedP.PartofPaddedwasfixed,whichrepresentedthePfixationcapactyofsoil,andorganicmanuringcouldobviouslylowerthePfixation,ThecontentofsoilavailablePhadasignificantnegativecorrelationwithqm,kandfixedP.ItisconcluedthatorganicmanurecouldincreasethePavailabilityofpaddysoilderviedfromredearthbydecreasingqm.k,maximumbufferingcapacity(MBC=k×qm)andfixationcapacity.
