摘要
ThecharacteristicstructuresofthePrecambrianchertsfromtheGusuisection,Guangdong,Chi-na,includebeddedstructure,laminatedstructure,massivestructureandpseudobrecciatedstructure.ThechertischaracterizedbyconsistentlylowabundanceofTiO2,Al2O3andmosttraceelements.Howevver,itisenrichedinBa,As,Sb,HgandSe.InAl-Fe-Mnternarydiagrams,itfallsintothe'hydrothermalfield'.Correspondenceanalysisandfactoranalysisshowthatmanyelementsshowupinthefactorthatrepresentstheleachingofcountryrocksbyhydrothermalsolutions,andaretheverycharacteristicelementassociationfothegeochemicallyanomalousSouthChinabasement.Petrologicandgeochemicalevidencesuggestsahydrothermaloriginforthechert.ThechertmayhavebeenformedinaPrecambrianfiftoranextensionzonedevelopedwithintheYunkaimarginalgeosyncline,withafaultsystemlinkingittoanunknownheatsourceatdepth.
