摘要 SometestingresultsonDAWINING-1000,Paragonandworkstationclusteraredescribedinthispaper.Onthehome-madeparallelsystemDAWNING-1000with32computationalprocessors,thepracticalperformanceof1.1777Gflopsand1.58Gflopshasbeenmeasuredinsolvingadenselinearsystemanddoingmatrixmultiplication,respectively.Thescalabilityisalsoinvestigated.Theimportanceofdesigningefficientparallelalgorithmsforevaluatingparallelsystemsisemphasized.
