摘要 Novelmolecularmaterial,1-benzothiazoly-3-pheny1-pyrazoline(BTPP)wasfoundtofunctionasbrightbluelightemittingdyeinorganicelectroluminescentdevice,anditsopticalandelectriccharacteristicswereinvestigated.Thisheterovycliccompoundexhibitedgoodcharacteristicsofbluephotoluminescenceandelectroluminescence,whichhadtheemissionpeakat450nm.Thesinglelayerlight-emittingdevicesusingBTPPaslight-emittingmaterialdispersedinpoly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)anddoublelayeronesusingPBDasholeblocklayerabovethelight-emittinglayerwerefabricatedusingconventionalspin-castingandvaccumvapourdepositionmethods.TheintroductionofPBDhasenhancedelectroninjectionandluminanceefficiency,comparedwiththesinglelayerLEDs.
