摘要
EnvironmentallyExtendedInput-Output(EEIO)tableshavebecomeapowerfulelementinsupportinginformation-basedenvironmentalandeconomicpolicies.National-andprovincial-level10tablesarecurrentlypublishedbytheNationalBureauofStatisticsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaaccordingtowell-definedconventions.However,county-level10tablesarenotprovidedasarulebyofficialstatisticsorganizations.ThispaperconductsanoverviewofcompilingEEIOtablesforenvironmentalandresourcesaccountingatthecountylevelandthenanswersseveralquestions:First,whatkindofdatashouldbepreparedforthecompilationofcounty-levelEEIOtables?Second,howcanwesetupcomprehensiveEEIOtablesatthecountylevel?Third,regardingthesurveymethodsandtheindirectmodeling,whichoneshouldbechosentobuildEEIOtablesatthecountylevel?Finally,whatpolicyquestionscouldsuchatableanswer?EEIOtablesatthecountylevelcanbeusedtopredicttheeconomicimpactsofenvironmentalpoliciesandtoperformtrendandscenarioanalysis.
