Climatechangeisoneofthefocusestomitigategreenhouseeffectandreducecarbondioxideemissions.First,thepapersummarizesonthecarbondioxideemissionfactorsandmethodssuitabletothesituationinChina.Second,itanalyzestheprimaryenergy-relatedcarbondioxideemissionsduringtheperiodbetween1995and2005fromdifferentfossilfuelsanddifferentzones.Thetrendofprimaryenergy-relatedcarbondioxideemissionsfrom1995to2005is"firstdecreasingandlaterincreasing."Sevenregions-Liaoning,Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong,Henan,andJiangsu-andmostoftheprovinces(citiesorregions)werefoundtohavesimilartrendsregardingtotalcarbondioxideemissionsinChina.Theannualcarbondioxideemissionsandthegrowthratioofthesesevenregionsaremuchhighercomparedtothoseoftheother24provinces(citiesorregions).Finally,thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestionstoreducecarbondioxide.
