Inthispaper,weconsiderthefollowingsecondorderretardeddifferentialequationsx″(t)+cx′(t)=qx(t-σ)-lx(t-δ)(1)x″(t)+p(t)x(t-τ)=0(2)WegivesomesufficientconditionsfortheoscillationofallsolutionsofEq.(1)inthecasewhereq,ι,σ,δarepositivenumbersandcisarealnumber.Andalso,westudytheasymptoticbehaviorofthenonoscillatorysolutions.Ifnecessary,wegivesomeexamplestoillustrateourresults.Atlast,westudyEq.(2)withsomeconditionsonp(t).
