Translocation time of a polymer chain through an energy gradient nanopore

摘要
通过相互作用精力坡度nanopore的聚合物链的translocation时间被蒙特卡罗模拟和佛克普朗克常数方程与双absorbing边界条件学习。模拟和计算为聚合物translocation揭示了三不同行为。这些行为能从在不同参数为聚合物translocation获得的免费精力的风景被解释品质上。结果证明通过nanopore的聚合物链的translocation时间能被合适设计相互作用精力坡度调节。
