摘要
Glioblastoma(GBM)isatypeoftumorthatishighlylethaldespitemaximaltherapy.Standardtherapeuticapproachesprovidemodestimprovementinprogression-freeandoverallsurvival,necessitatingtheinvestigationofnoveltherapies.Oncologictherapyhasrecentlyexperiencedarapidevolutiontoward'targetedtherapy',withdrugsdirectedagainstspecifictargetswhichplayessentialrolesintheproliferation,survival,andinvasivenessofGBMcells,includingnumerousmoleculesinvolvedinsignaltransductionpathways.Inhibitorsofthesemoleculeshavealreadyenteredorareundergoingclinicaltrials.However,significantchallengesintheirdevelopmentremainbecauseseveralpreclinicalandclinicalstudiespresentconflictingresults.Inthisarticle,wewillprovideanup-to-datereviewofthecurrenttargetedtherapiesinGBM.
