摘要
Theradialvibrationcharacteristicofanannularultrasonicconcentratorwithmultislitsisstudied.Basedontheelectro-mechanicalanalogyandbyintroducinganarearatiocoefficient,theradialvibrationalequivalentcircuitandthefrequencyequationoftheconcentratorarederived.Theradialdisplacementamplitudemagnificationfactorofitisobtained.Bynumericalcalculating,therelationshipbetweentheradialdisplacementamplitudemagnificationfactor,theresonancefrequencyoftheconcentratoratthefirstandsecondresonanceanditsradiusratioareinvestigated.Also,therelationshipbetweentheradialdisplacementamplitudemagnificationfactor,theresonancefrequencyoftheconcentratorandthelength,theangleandthenumberofthesiltsareanalyzed.Itisillustratedthatamaximumofdisplacementamplitudemagnificationfactoroftheconcentratorappearswiththeincreaseoftheradiusratio,andtheamplitudemagnificationfactorincreaseasthelength,theangleandthenumberofthesiltsincrease,whiletheradialresonancefrequencyoftheconcentratordecreasesasthelength,theangleandthenumberofthesiltsincrease.ThetheoreticalresonancefrequenciesareingoodagreementwiththatoftheFEMsimulationsandmeasurement.
