摘要 Presentsthefin-propellertestset-uptosolvetheproblemofrollstabilizationwithshipsinfullspeedrange,withwhich,testswereruninwaterrankforacquisitionofdata,andconcludesfromdataacquiredthatthefin-propellertestset-upproducesmoreliftthansimplefin,andprovideslateralthrustaswell,anditisthereforeaneffectiverollstabilizationdeviceforshipsinfullspeedrange.
