A Network Decomposition Model for Rubber-Like Materials Considering Topological Constraints

摘要 Amolecularnetworkconstitutivemodelisproposedinthisstudy.Basedontheconceptofmolecularnetworkdecomposition,themolecularnetworkwasdecomposedintoaJames-Guth3-chainnetworkmodelandanArruda-Boyce8-chainnetworkmodel.Consideringthatthesinglemolecularchainofrubberisconstrainedbythesurroundingmolecularnetworks,the3-chainmodelandthe8-chainmodelwereconsequentlymodifiedusingthetubetheory.Theproposedmodelcontainsfourmaterialparametersthatweredeterminedbyfittingtheuniaxialtensiletestdatafromrubber-likematerials,andthevaluesoftheseparameterswereutilizedtodeterminethepureshearandthebiaxialextension.Theproposedmodelagreeswellwiththeexperimentaldataandcanpredictthetestresultsofexperimentsperformedundertheconditionsofpureshearandequi-biaxialdeformationwithacceptableaccuracy.
