摘要 ConsideringbothChina'senergysecurityandthenon-renewabilityandscarcityoffossilfuels,developingnewenergies,realizingthetransformationofthenation'senergystructure,andreducingtherelianceonforeignenergyresourceswillbethelong-heldgoalsofthenationalenergypolicy.Inrecentyears,theChinesegovernmenthasintroducedaseriesofpreferentialpoliciestopromotethedevelopmentofnewenergies.Thelatestpolicyonelectricitypriceadjustmentannouncedattheendoflastyear,forinstance,involvedthestandardriseofsubsidiesforrenewableenergy,whichisexpectedtofacilitatethedevelopmentofnewenergies.
