摘要
Acoupledroutingforthetransportcapacityandtheenergyslopeisintroducedthroughthedefinitionofthecontrolfactormwhosevalueislinkedtothebedformconfiguration.Thecouplingaimstofurtherincorporatetheinteractionsoccurringinalluvialriversandthusenhancethepredictionofthefinesedimentfluxes,especiallyduringhighstreampowerevents.Basedonapredictiveruleforthecontrolfactormthatonlyinvolveswaterdepth,velocityandbedformconstitutivetexture,thenovelmethodisconfrontedtoobservationscollectedinoneofthemoststronglydynamicalluvialrivernamelytheLowerYellowRiver.Comparisonsbetweentimeseriesofmeasuredandcomputedconcentrationsillustratethatduringhighvelocityeventsthemaindynamicsofthesedimenttransportiscorrectlyreproduced.Themainadvantageofthepresentapproachistosupplyconsistenttimeevolutionsofsedimentconcentrationswithoutmakinguseofanydetailedshearinformation.
