A Forecasting Method of Pollution Flashover Voltage of Insulators Based on Robust Regression

摘要 Inviewofthelimitationsinthepredictionofpollutionflashovervoltagebyleastsquaresregression,amethodtopredictpollutionflashovervoltagebyrobustregressionisproposed.Accordingtotestingvoltageandthedataofsaltdepositdensity(ρSDD)andnon-solubledepositdensity(ρNSDD),theregressioncoefficientissolvedbyacomplexweightingleastsquareiterationalgorithm.Initerativecalculations,theweightfunctionisadopted,inwhichtheweightcoefficientisthefunctionoftheresidualerroroflastiterationtoweakentheinfluenceofsingularvaluesontheregressioncoefficient.ThecharacteristicexponentdenotingρSDDinfluenceandcharacteristicexponentdenotingρNSDDinfluencearemappedbytheregressioncoefficient,andthusthepollutionflashovervoltageofinsulatorscanbepredicted.Throughthecomparisonoftestresults,robustregressionresultsandleastsquaresregressionresults,theeffectivenessoftheproposedrobustregression-basedforecastingmethodisverified.
