IntroductionExtensiveReading,asthenameindicates,isaguideforstudentsintothevastseaofknowledge.Readingdemonstratestostudentsthatthereisnoendinlearningknowledge.However,readingandlanguagelearningbasedontextbooksisfarfromenoughbecausetheknowledgefromthemistoonarrow,thevocabularyistoolimitedandthecontentsarenotcurrentenoughinthesetimesofinformationexchange.Throughoutmyteachingexperiments,Ihavefoundthatnewspaperclippingscanbecomeaverygoodwaytobringmorebenefitstostudents’learningthanIexpected.Itcanbroadenthestudents’horizons,
